How do I edit my experience in a game?

You are able to edit your experience by going to the Settings page and clicking on the respective game’s logo.

How do I update my Steam details?
A.
You are able to resync your Steam name and avatar via the Settings page, from the CSGO tab.

How do I update my LoL Summoner details?
A.
You are able to resync your Summoner name, rank, level and avatar via the Settings page, from the LoL tab.

How do I add/delete games to/from my account?
A.
You are able to do this by going to the Manage Games page. From here, a list of potential games can be added to or deleted from your profile.

How do I add another CSGO/LoL account?
A.
Currently you are only able to have one account per game. If you wish to connect a different account, you must first go to Manage Games and delete your existing game account. Then under 'Add a game' you are able to re-add the same game with your desired account.

How do I create a post?
A.
From your Dashboard you are able to create posts as a player, team or coach. This can also be done by going to the Players, Teams or Coaches page and clicking the 'Create Post' button.

How do I edit a post?

This can be done via the Dashboard by clicking the edit (pen) button next to your post, or from the respective Players, Teams and Coaches page by clicking the 'Edit Post' button.

How do I bump my post?
A.
Bumping can be done via the Dashboard, simply click the 'Bump Post' button and your post will show up at the top of the Players, Teams or Coaches page. Normal users are able to bump every 24 hours, while Elite users are able to bump every 1 hour.

How do I delete my post?
A.
You are able to delete your post via the Dashboard by clicking the X (delete) button. You can also delete your post from the respective Players, Teams and Coaches page; click the 'Edit Post' button and there will be a 'Delete Post' button in the top right corner.

How do I accept/decline players requesting to join my team?
A.
You can do this via the Nudges dropdown (the bell icon in the header). When a player requests to join your team you will be given the option to accept or decline.

How do I remove players from my team?
A.
As the captain you are able to manage your roster from the Dashboard. You will see a list of players in your team; clicking the X button next to a player will ask if you want to remove them.

How do I view all the team applications I have sent?
A.
All the applications you have sent that are pending will be shown in the Dashboard.

How does team rank work?
A.
The rank for a team is calculated by the average rank of all players in the team.

When I try to login it says 'User login failed'.

This will occur if you put in the wrong login details. If you are having this issue, send us a message through live chat or Contact Support and we will help you sort it out.

It says my account already exists when I try to register.
A.
You may have registered with this account previously, or someone has signed up using your account. Please send us a message through live chat or Contact Support.

Why do I have to set a password if I am signing in via Steam?

We are phasing out the option to sign in with Steam and all users will soon be required to log in via email and password.

What is the ‘Live Players’ section?

This page shows all users on the website who are currently online, and is available to Elite members.

How do I message another user?
A.
You can send a private instant message to another user from the 'Send Message' button on their profile, or the message (envelope) button on the Players or Coaches page.

How do I call another user?
A.
You can initiate a call from a user’s profile using the call (telephone) button or from their chat window; they can then either accept or decline the call. If the user accepts, you can then speak to each other in real time.

How do I start a group chat?
A.
You can invite additional users to a conversation via the chat window. Clicking on the Settings (cogwheel) button will give you the option to add a user to the chat. Simply type in their username and select the correct user.

How do I make a group call?
A.
First you have to be in a one-on-one chat with a user. Add the other desired users to the chat, then click the Call button. You will be placed into a call session by yourself; the other users will then be notified that a group call is active and will be free to join. This feature is only available to Elite users.

How do I block somebody from messaging/calling me?
A.
You can block a user by simply going to their profile and clicking Block User. You can also block a user from a chat window through the settings (cogwheel) button. If you both are in an active conversation, the user will immediately be notified they have been blocked. Otherwise, a blocked user will only be notified when they try to contact you. Blocking will prevent that user from starting a conversation or call with you.

How can I see all the users I have blocked?

A list of all the users you have blocked can be viewed in your Dashboard.

How can I send a file/attachment to someone?
A.
In a chat, you are able to share files with one another. This can be done by dragging and dropping the file into the chat window or by clicking the paperclip icon. The allowed file types are .png, .jp(e)g, .gif, .pdf and docx. There is also a file size limit of 5MB.
